Yes we are insured and by law as a Tax agent i must hold  Public indemnity insurance of up to 1 million dollars  per claim.  We also follow the ethical guidelines standard  which includes safe harbor provisions for each client. this is protection from the ATO on late penalties

Decided after many years of running my own businesses i could make a career out of something i was good at. i Became a mature age student and achieved a bachelor of business in Accounting and Information systems

Our charges are based on a fixed fee for service , we discuss with the client what services they require and package the deal  into an annual fee divided into equal monthly payments
