How long does it take to prepare my tax return?

Following receipt of all of your information your tax return will be completed within 24 hours.

 How long does it take to get my refund?

We lodge your tax return electronically with the ATO.  The ATO's service standard for electronically lodged tax returns is within 14 business days of lodgement.  Therefore you should have your refund in your bank account within 14 business days.

 Can I pay you from my refund?

Yes we accept payment of our fees from your tax refund.  The balance of your refund will be paid directly to your bank account.

 Will you tell me what deductions I can claim?

Yes, we discuss your tax return with you and advise you of the possible deductions that you can claim and what supporting evidence you require to claim the deduction.
